July Dry Eye Awareness Evaluation

In July, our Dry Eye Evaluation is FREE. This includes a thorough history and evaluation of the ocular surface structures and their function, as well as testing for inflammation. Your Eyewell doctor compiles a summary of findings with a structured management plan that is shared your regular eye doctor. A Dry Eye Evaluation is required for all new patients before a treatment session can be planned (unless provided by your regular eye doctor). Records must be received prior to your visit. A report of findings will be sent to your regular eye doctor if you have one.
