Working as a team, we use our collective expertise to to make you better. Don't have a doctor? We can arrange primary eye care services with one of our partners.

Tailored just for you
Dry eye and other ocular surface diseases such as keratoconus are a complex problems with many contributing factors. Your Eyewell doctor becomes a partner who understands your discomfort. We identify root causes and create a comprehensive strategy that works with your budget and lifestyle.
A screening examination is required for all patients prior to treatment unless supplied by your doctor. External notes must be provided prior to your visit.
Our Fees
Eyewell is a self pay facility. Simply put, no insurance covers in-office dry eye treatments.
By collaborating with your primary eye care provider, we all help you maximize coverage for medications. All our fees are listed when you enter our portal. We supply you with receipts that you can submit for reiumbursement. These should also be kept for tax purposes.
Dry Eye Evaluation
For mild to moderate dry eye
Includes a thorough history, assessment of ocular surface structures, their function and testing for inflammation. Your Eyewell doctor compiles a summary of findings with recommendations for a structured management plan that is provided to your eye doctor.
A screening examination is required for all patients before treatment unless supplied by your doctor. Records must be received prior to your visit.
Extensive Dry Eye Evaluation
For severe dry eye or if you have not had a good response to treatment
For more complex patients, or for those who have failed treatment. This is a deep dive into all of the possible causes for your dry eye including a systemic screen for other conditions that can contribute to ocular surface disease. Your Eyewell doctor interprets the data and suggests structured recommendations for treatment that is shared with your primary eye care or other referring provider.
