Dry Eye Evaluation
For mild to moderate dry eye
Includes a thorough history, assessment of ocular surface structures, their function and testing for inflammation. Your Eyewell doctor compiles a summary of findings with recommendations for a structured management plan that is provided to your eye doctor.
Extensive Dry Eye Evaluation
For severe dry eye or if you have not had a good response to treatment
For more complex patients, or for those who have failed treatment. This is a deep dive into all of the possible causes for your dry eye including a systemic screen for other conditions that can contribute to ocular surface disease. Your Eyewell doctor interprets the data and suggests structured recommendations for treatment that is shared with your primary eye care or other referring provider.
Surgical Preparation Package
Having eye surgery? Make sure your eyes are as clean as they can be prior to your procedure.
Whether you are having laser vision correction, cataract, eyelid, or glaucoma surgery, making sure that your eyes and eyelids are clean and non-inflamed will produce better outcomes. Our targeted pre-surgical protocols are science-based and designed for maximum effect in a short time. We recommend this service four to six weeks prior to your surgery. Have questions? Call us!

Our team developed diagnostic and treatment protocols founded on the Dry Eye Workshop II (DEWS II), which aimed to unify the scientific and clinical community around a common understanding of dry eye disease and facilitating improved patient care.
Eyewell provides a holistic, personalized approach tailored to your unique needs. Your comprehensive treatment plan may include in-office treatments, home self-care, medications, lifestyle adjustments, or even surgery, ensuring every aspect of your care is thoughtfully conssidered.
Our Fees
Eyewell is a self pay facility. Why? because no insurance coverage exists for in-office dry eye treatments.
By collaborating with your primary eye care provider, we all help you maximize coverage for medications. All our fees are listed when you enter our portal. We supply you with receipts that you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reiumbursement. Any non-reiumbursed payments should qualify towards deductibles.
These receipts should also be kept for tax purposes.
