Understanding the severity of your patient's dry eye condition is critical for predicting success. We require that all patients have at least a screening evaluation before treatment. If you can supply appropriate documentation from your office, we will waive this requirement. The data must be uploaded to our HIPAA compliant portal before we will initiate treatment. Please refer to the screening panel for required tests.
